Privacy
When we checked on 3 November 2026, we opened every tool page on this site, used each tool once (in the skin editor, importing a test skin) and logged every network request. No request held the file, its name or what was typed. The only other site the pages contacted was analytics.answermend.com, for the page counts described below.
What is saved in your browser
Recent shapes, saved portals, enchantment loadouts, banner designs, skins with their undo history, and your light or dark choice are kept in your browser's local storage. They don't reach us. Clearing your site data deletes them, so download anything you want to keep.
Share links
A share link holds the design after the # in the address. Browsers don't send that part to a website's server, and our page counter is set to ignore it. Anyone you send the link to can see the design. Names you give to designs are not put in share links. The circle generator's build sheet card is drawn in your browser and saved straight to your device, and nothing about it reaches us.
Page counts without cookies
To see which tools people use, we count visits with Umami, an open-source analytics tool. It runs on analytics.answermend.com, a separate site run by the same owner as BlockJig. It sets no cookies.
When a page loads, your browser sends Umami one small request with:
- the page address, without any query string or # part,
- the page title and the site that linked you here (the referrer), if any,
- your screen size and browser language.
Umami also gets one short event naming the tool when you download a file. It doesn't receive your designs, files or the names you type.
From those requests, Umami works out your browser, operating system, device type and approximate location (country, region and city). Your IP address is used for that lookup and is not stored. Visits are grouped by an anonymous ID that Umami works out from your IP address and browser details together with a secret value. The secret value changes regularly, and the ID changes with it, so visits from before and after a change can't be linked.
Umami's own update checks and usage reporting are switched off, so it doesn't pass anything on to a third party. We don't sell or share the counts.
